We have just had (Nov 2023) two split package air condioning units installed in our home by Eagle Air Conditioning. From our first contact with their salesman Ben to the installation by Patrick, the experience has been seamless and of the highest quality. The attention to detail, especially by the installer who worked with me to minimise exposed duct and conduit, was very much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending Eagle Air Conditioning.

Eagle Air installed five new Daikin split systems to our house in Turramurra. Good value, prompt service with very tidy and professional installation. Happy to recommend these guys.

Eagle air-conditioning installed our 2 original Daikin units approximately 20 years ago. Recently we needed to replace one of these units and Ben Davis - sales manager came over and discussed our needs. He then quoted and the new unit was installed on 8.2.2023. Simple. Great communication and installed hassle free. Left the property clean and tidy. BIG thank you.

Eagle Air Conditioning have achieved a fantastic result in retrofitting our complicated residential air conditioning system with a new Daikin that we chose. When the quote was done, we received good advice from Ben, any problematic challenges were discussed and cleared up, and we were reassured. Once the new system had been ordered and obtained, two very competent workers/technicians came to remove old obsolete parts (not an easy task at this home) and to install the new. A special part had to be ordered (as planned) for connection to existing ducting in the house, so this was installed on a second visit by the technicians. We are super pleased with the resulting excellent air conditioning. The workers were careful with our property, cleaned up every piece of rubbish and were courteous and helpful in explaining the use of the new system. In particular, we appreciated the technicians' expertise. Also, the timing of ordering and installation was as predicted.

I would like to congratulate Eagle Air Conditioning for the excellent service provided by their staff. From the initial site visit and quote from Ben to the installation by Patrick.Patrick made sure the inside unit was centered to a painting on the same wall and helped relocate a small lemon tree to make sure the outside unit was located in the best position.I am happy to recommend Eagle to anyone looking for a competitive quote and excellent customer service.

We approached Eagle Air Conditioning as a local provider had provided a very high quote, and was trying to sell us additional services and products (more than what we needed). The team from Eagle provided us clear advice on what we needed, and where we could further reduce costs. After deciding to proceed, we were kept up to date on the installation date, and everything went according to schedule. Our family had a lot going on at the time, and the team were very accommodating, did the work quickly, tidied up afterwards, and ensured everything was working ok. Eagle Air completed the installation of 2x daikin split units in my spare bedrooms.They were a pleasure to deal with from estimating, site inspection and install. Neat and tidy, seamless.Highly recommend.

Expensive quote, Incomplete Service (photo attached), Terrible Customer Service Behavior , Hidden Extra cost, No Warranty After Service.This is our experience after using John 's service. I would NOT recommended anyone use this Eagle Air Conditioning.
