Today, I was wrongly accused of shop-lifting whilst browsing in the shop by one of the the store ladies, I was approached really rudely and accused of having items in my pocket, I complied with her and showed her my pockets and bags and after she walked off without acknowledging she was wrong, then proceeded to ban me from the store. At the time there was other people in the store and I as an African- American women was the only one approached, I personally felt singled out and embarrassed as this happened in front of everyone. Overall, Rude staff, overpriced and it’s clear staff lack manners and customer service skills. Won’t be returning.
