Oz Fashion got variety of school and office uniform. It covers big area so most of the time place is crowded with customers specially at the time of school term start.Rates are reasonable, staff is cooperative but because of big customer turnaround they are always stretched.

Most of the workers were really nice and welcoming but one in particular rushed me so much even though it wasn't busy. She was also not helpful what so ever and had and attitude the whole time. She was extremely rude and passed a backhanded racist comment. Other than her all the workers were helpful and kind.

They have good collection of clothes and school wear. But I feel price is little bit high. We bought school wear for kids . I feel shoes are costly. Since school recommended we bought this items. My kid is saying after wearing a days he is saying he is not comfortable with this shoes. He is asking different shoes which we purchased through online shopping for half price . Entrance is not good.

Very bad service from the ladys they were being very rude but the guys were kind and was not rude the ladys were giving everyone a attitude

Poor product quality and very poor customer service when you try to do anything about it. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere

Staffs at this store are professional, knowing what they sell, helpful, and very friendly.Added more, awesome customer service and aftercare is an additional bonus!!Usually very busy and crowded with a lot of parents and students during the weekend. Visiting weekdays is strongly recommended!Definitely recommended!

In terms of service, it is definitely 5 stars. They really take care of the kids to try their uniform. However the store needs to be more organised or refurb. The entrance is really back dated and old. We do not really enjoy the atmosphere of the store.

They don’t even deserve the one star. Disgusting customer service. All staff are horrendous. They do not respect anyone, have no empathy, will yell at you and embarrass you in a hall full of other people if you can’t afford all the items on your schools list they, will judge you on sizing and when you ask to change sizes they will make snarky comments at you. I really don’t know how they are in business. Their items are really overpriced and are very poor quality (shirts shouldn’t shrink after only 3 washes) If I didn’t have to get uniforms through these people I wouldn’t but unlucky for me that’s the only place I can. Try to avoid this company if you can. Some of us aren’t as lucky.

Poor customer experience and too expensive. Showed me the door, when they supply the same material to schools.Better to opt for Best and Less. Found the same clothes for half the price.

Came here to get my sons high school uniform. Its a massive warehouse and they have us all waiting in a single line outside. We have been waiting now for 30 minutes and still have 3 families infront. Such BS and so ridiculous!! This is not how you run a business
