Scratch Dog Food

My large breed pup, Púca, absolutely loves Scratch pet food; we even use it as training treats because she’s so responsive to it. She has got a sensitive stomach but has had no problem with scratch. She also had the best time at the Scratch Patch pop up park, which was amazing! Besides that, I’m a big fan of the the company itself - it’s so great that it’s B Corp certified and Australian made. Couldn’t recommend more!

I love this product and I love the way these guys do business.Scout, my 18 month-old Staffy, has been on Scratch since he was about 6 months. Everyone (including the vet) comments on how lovely and glossy his coat is. Staffies are known for having lots of allergies/intolerances and Scout only suffered from any rashes (albeit rare) before Scratch.Jem, my 8.5 week-old Vizsla, is obviously too young for me to know yet how he'll go with it, & his main diet for now is the expensive store-bought kibble he was weaned onto, but so far he has several times stolen quite a bit of his brother's food & his #2's have stayed perfect.Not to mention - their customer service is incredible. During this difficult time when AusPost has been massively affected, they've adapted and done their downright damndest to make sure pups like mine have stayed happily fed, and their anxious parents have stayed updated.If I could give more stars, I would. I rekon Scout & Jem would too.My only recommendation is that they start making cat food ASAP, as my poor girl Bear is missing out.

Sally and I have been a Scratch customer of Scratch dog food since 2019 and my dog sally has been loving it. From the quality of the food to the customer service there isn't a single thing I would complain about. Sadly we have to stop our subscription as of this month since we are moving to another country but I highly recommend this brand to anyone who wants theirs pets to have good quality food :)

I have a 1 year old German Sheppard, that was unsatisfied with Royal Canin. A friend recommend making fresh dog food, but I honestly didn't have time or the money.But then I found scratch, they make it fresh every month and my dog LOVES IT!

LOVE! Our whippet, Butch, isn't super food-focused. He nibbles away at his breakfast all day, usually waiting til both his parents are home to eat fully. Since switching to Scratch, we've noticed he eats more readily and is pooing like a champ. I love knowing the food is made with gut health in mind, and that Butch's little insides are being nourished with all the good stuff. Highly recommend :)

We've been using Scratch food for some time now and our dogs love it.We made contact recently to advise one of our dogs had passed and to arrange some extra treats for our other dog even though we had enough food for a while.The team were able to arrange some of their treats to be shipped separately, and a few days later , not only did we receive the treats, but we received flowers sent by Scratch for the loss of our little boy.This gesture was truly above and beyond anything I expected from a company, and shows just the level of service and compassion this team provided. You have a customer for life.Thank you!

Our golden retriever absolutely loves scratch food! So simple with the subscription, would definitely recommend. All his stomach problems from his previous food (Royal Canine) have disappeared!

Food is good. I just found our dogs were hungry based on their advised KJ allowance despite feeding them 3 times a day plus training treats. We updated their weights regularly. Also we frequently ran out of their food before food arrived via Australia Post. If your business model is delivery, you kind of have to deliver on delivery. We have swapped back to a bulk freeze dried food instead.

My German Shepherd LOVES his scratch!!! It's always very exciting at breakfast and dinner time **queue spinnies**He used to get bored of other branded food but its always gone in a matter of minutes.Subscription is so easy to manage and convenient knowing its happening automatically for us.Amazing customer service which also excelled during the pandemic (delivered personally by staff and founders when Aus Post where in dire straights).Great sustainability and community efforts too.
