Effective Energy

We have a 2.8kW system and wanted to add more PV production capacity. The initial options and quotes were underwhelming. It wasn’t until Tully from Effective Energy started asking some questions and suggested we shuffled some of the solar pool heating to another roof section that the numbers started to stack up. Tully proposed an Enphase system which appears to be a simpler architecture to upgrade.The biggest difference in dealing with Effective Energy is that you are speaking directly to the Clean Energy Council Accredited Designer and Installer. With the rest of the companies the design and quote are prepared by the salesperson. The solution Tully proposed was better than the other quotes and despite including Enphase microinverters which normally come with a pricing premium, it was priced very competitively.Effective Energy were the quickest to respond with a quote and once I gave the go ahead, they installed the system within 2 weeks. The system was producing power the day it was installed, and the online monitoring was connected within 2 days.I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Effective Energy, they delivered a fantastic system and I liked the fact that the person I dealt with was responsible for the end to end solution. Tully was very informative and patient and has the technical experience to design and propose the right system for my requirements. I would have no hesitation in using Tully again or recommending to a friend.
