I walking past shoe king's shop in Karrinyup. I looked and I said to myself Thank goodness, Watch guy Brent is back in Karrinyup. I've got special watches that need attention. But I won't let anyone touch them. But Brent is specially trained in watch repairs, maintenance and batteries and the knowledge he has. Specially gluing on marker's and numbers. Great to see him back.

I’ve been coming here for 16 years, I wont go anywhere else, these guys really are the Shoe Kings of Perth in my opinion.Whether I bring a relative cheap pair of heels or a very expensive pair of heels the quality of the job is always very high and trust me I am fussy!The guys are always friendly and happy to help, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Most recently they rebuilt a pair of shoes for me and they are perfect, now they are painting a pair of white shoes black so I can get more wear out of them, they know their stuff and are also very reasonably priced!Thanks guys for always looking after me and doing such a great job, I know why you are always so busy!

Unfortunately reviews are very misleading. I took some shoes in to be fixed here and was treated with disregard, judgement and rudeness. After I mistook a comment saying it would take 3 weeks to fix as a joke, I called to confirm a time frame in which I was greeted with rudeness and when I went in to collect the shoes and ask where they may recommend to get fixed sooner (as I had a restricted time frame - mentioned at time of handover) he waved me off and walked away providing no further assistance. Would not recommend

I had purchased a lovely pair of suede boots online. They took forever to get delivered, (thanks covid!) so when they arrived with a stuck zip, I couldn't exchange them for another same-sized pair and getting a refund would have required an expensive return and another long wait. So upon my husbands recommendation, took them to Shaun at Shoe Kings. He determined there was glue in the zip, plus some faulty stitching causing the stuck zip. So by some wizardry, he fixed them, BOTH! And charged a very reasonable price, less than what I probably would have had to pay in postage. PLUS, I love these boots, so now they are 100% wearable. Thank you so much! I'm thrilled with the result.

An absolute Professional and unique service.They rebuilt heels of my new RM boots and I honestly couldn’t tell the difference from the original, it actually looked even better than the factory finish.Timing and price was also great.Will highly recommend.

Shawn the engraver working from this kiosk does a very professional job. Our request was for an unique font engraved on copper. Shawn had to source a special tool to achieve the depth of cut. He matched the font perfectly and was a pleasure to do business with. We travel from Fremantle to use Shawn's services for any specialized engraving jobs. The cost of this job was extremely reasonable.

Shocking rude serviceThe rude older man shouldn’t be allowed near costumes. He takes the job first, then when its ready asks for cash and casually says efpos machines aren’t working today and demand us to cash out on atm (not people don’t carry cards anymore to be able to do so). How hard would of been mention ing cash only services before repairing the goods?After seeing the scene he made with the poor lady getting yelled at for not carry cash. I asked for my watch back as I didn’t have cash on me either. Paid ahead for the shoes to be repaired. Was told they will be ready in 3 days, also was promised to be notified by sms as soon as they are ready. Never got text, so came to pick them up a week later just to find out that he was too busy and didn’t even start on the shoes. No apologies followed. Extremely rude and disappointing.

Absolutely amazing service and quality. We got keys cut and 2 pet tags engraved. Everything was ready in less than 15 Min even though he was quite busy and the engraving was beautiful.
