I recently changed my car services to another place after being with Rawson for a while. The last experience I had here was horrible as my car had the check engine light on and was brought here for a check. The boss was kind hearted and used tablet to read the error code, TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE. But every good thing ended here. He gave me a quote on engine repair of $2,800. I was hesitated and came to another mechanic for a PAID ENGINE CHECK of $89 in which I got the report saying the engine is in good shape

Put cheap spark plugs in guests car, Audi A4, two replaced spark plugs broke inside the engine and damaged it beyond repair. The engine now needs to be replaced at a cost of $7000. He refuses to repair the damage he caused to the car!DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED WITH THIS WORK SHOP AS HE USES CHEAP PARTS AND YOU END UP HAVING TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS.
