Costco Tyre Centre

This morning, I contacted the tyre services at Costco, but unfortunately, my call was answered by a discourteous person after an extended waiting period. I enquired if I can have my tyre changed today and was asked for my tyre size. As a new car owner, I conducted some research the previous night and knew the size, but was unsure about the distinctions between tyre types like premium and fuel-saving. I informed the customer person of my uncertainty, and he became agitated, urging me to seek help from someone to determine the size and call back. Despite my attempts to clarify that I had already located the size on their website, he disregarded my comments and continued to insist that I find out the size and call back, ultimately hanging up on me. His behavior was impolite and unprofessional, leaving a poor impression of the service. Fortunately, I called back and spoke to another representative who patiently assisted me and resolved my query about the availability of the tyre service this morning. Nevertheless, due to the unpleasant experience, I will never go to Costco's tyre service again.

Two weeks asked Costco if they can change my tyres. They said no problem as long I know size and type of my tyres and then I can book appointment.I said to the person I don't know what he is talking about, I don't know my size or type, I think this is why you go to tyre center so someone can tell you those things. Unfortunately, not for Costco, I was told no size no booking and person walk away.Is this discrimination of people who don't know by people who know, is this ok by Costco to refuse service on ground of not knowing your tyre size? Where do you find tyre size????Anyway, now I am driving iligal car because Costco refusing installing new set of tyres.How do you feel driving unsafe car because of Costco discrimination, or I got this wrong and I should not have car because I don't know tyre size. According to Costco they got rights to stop you driving.You lost me Costco and I hope others will walk away too.

The reception guy is helpful, but one of the supervisor is rude. He can’t make any decision and don’t want to give any solution, just ask me come next day and talk to the manager.

Good place, semi decent prices depending on when you go. Staff were friendly enough, generally satusfied. Wasn't that busy when we were there at 1 ish pm.

Piss poor performance. Booked in for tyre change, gave correct tyre size and confirmed they had stock days in advance. Arrived at booked in time to discover they didn't have the service booked in, didn't have the tyre in stock.

Not as good as before. They deny doing the balance and rotation as they promise. They only want to sale tires at unreasonable prices and do not offer services.

Great service and great price. Tyre range is not great, but I turned up at 10am on Saturday morning as per my booking and was out of there at 10:45.
