I has been the worst service ever, they promise me everything to get me to sign with them, once I hired their service as a custom clearance company everything has been drama after drama, excuses, changing due dates like you would change nappies to a baby. I would rate them with zero star if I could. They promise me I was going to be able to pick up the 2 trailers from their depot, now they are saying I could only pick the trailers up if I have a dealers license, they told me the unpack of the two trailers would be done the 28 of april, then it changed to the 4th of may, then it changed again to the 5th or the 6, then they changed to the morning of the 7, now is the 12 of May and still waiting. If you read this message be aware of the terrible service this people provide, having zero respect for customer service or keeping their promises.

Asked for a quote for shipment and the person on the other end giggled as if the nature of my freight was a joke..As a person working in logistics and transportation industry this is what I have to say about this service-Unprofessional, unreliable, unrealistic, unethical and very un-Australian..Btw, still haven’t gotten the quote and it’s been two days since I’ve enquired.
