I spent 2 months waiting for them to submit a quote to the insurance. They had the excuse that they couldn’t get the price of the parts, but I found 2 places that had the parts which gave me the prices in 1 day, so gave Newmans the details of these places, but after a month they say they’re still waiting for the price to submit the quote. Only a waste of time.

Excellent customer service. Sam and Con were fantastic. I was dealing with so much the week I dropped off my car I had problems with the first Uber driver so Sam helped me organise another and spoke to the driver to make sure I got to my destination ok. They dealt with the insurance company when there was problems and had my car fixed quickly. Great job done. Could not recommend them enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This business was chosen by the GIO to repair the rear of my Volkswagon Golf. When I purchased my car I had a stainless steel plate, i.e a sill liner installed to protect the body paint when shopping or bags are placed in the boot. I paid close to $300.00 to have the installed in stainless steel not plastic which was the cheaper option. All good the car was repaired well, 2 years later, I'm trading in the car and upgrading to a new Golf and on showing the sales rep the type of sill liner that I wanted, he told me that the existing protector was plastic. My husband and I had a good look at it and yes it was plastic not stainless steel. I contacted the GIO who gave me the usual runaround and eventually got onto an assessor, who told me the GIO could not employ a QA process to every car (so the onus is on the owner) and they would organise a stainless steel replacement. So always check your car, but this business charged for a stainless steel protector when they installed a plastic one. I refused to go back there and the GIO organised the replacement at a workshop closer to my home.

Owners con and Gina are wonderful. Thanks so much for fixing up my Nissan xtrail . They went beyond to make sure I was happy and even supplied me with a courtesy car whilst my vehicle was in repairs . Thanks again .
