Amazing views halfway up Mt Buffalo, but there's no specific spot dedicated for the lookout, just a car park spot.

Roadside along the Mount Buffalo Rd hillclimb, Mackeys Lookout provides a nice vista from its 920m elevation.This lookout is very near The Big Walk which takes you to Marriotts Lookout & beyond to Crystal Brook Falls

Beautiful view especially during golden hour before sunset as the sun's rays hits it at just the right angle creating rather dramatic shadows which accentuate the hills and valleys. Only a few parking spots at this lookout. Best to do this on the way down rather than up as it is on the side of the road only.

Nothing much to look at. The spot is at a sharp curve, quite dangerous. Not worth wasting your time and taking risks.

Nice view. But not a good place for photo taking, you are likely to be blocked by tree branches.
