A quick google search led me to Rafael. It was easy to see how he has managed to maintain 5 star reviews. After being let down significantly by Optus and their “technical support”, Rafael was able to work out the problems with the ISP supplied modem and make recommendations to overcome the limitations. He then helped me set up my modem and router as well as re establishing an external link to my CCTV cameras. Very well priced compared to other providers, professional and got the job done without any fuss. I will not hesitate to recommend Rafael and will definitely be back for future IT needs.
