My partner and I rented one of their properties for two years. During our tenancy the only issues we had with the real estate was maintenance not being completed. However, that's more on the landlord than the real estate so we could look past that.But god forbid when my partner and I moved out ... Trying to get our bond back was an absolute NIGHTMARE. We moved 16 hours away, so organised a bond clean and gardening service through their recommended tradespecialists a couple days before our lease was up. We were no longer in town at this point, and my parents were the ones who handed the keys back for us.We had two issues with our exit report: 1. The bottom of the drawers weren't cleaned, and 2. The gardener had left waste in the back compost bins.The website clearly states that if you use their preferred tradespecialists, it's on them to sort out any issues and not with the tenant.However, they took this as an excuse to withhold our bond from us for almost TWO MONTHS.We did absolutely everything right on our end, but continuously they avoided responding to us and denying the return of our bond because they couldn't organise for their gardener to re-attend the property and fix the issue.Why was that our problem when we used their specialists?We had organised a conference call with the RTA because of how ridiculous the situation was.The day before our conference call, they returned our bond in full. I'm assuming it's most likely because the last email correspondence included the agent contradicting facts laid out on their website and in the tenant handbook provided (which I sent screenshots in response to prove).All in all, we had a decent experience renting through this company UP UNTIL THE END. The stress and frustration this whole ordeal caused my partner and I has been immense. Not only had we just moved our lives 16 hours away from our home town for the first time ever, but I was constantly having to call and email this real estate trying hopelessly to have our bond returned.Very disappointed.

I had purchased a property from this real estate agent but no sooner the existing tenants left the premises the new tenants had reported so many maintenance issues that this agent had totally ignored or disregarded for years the many existing issues this property had. Apart from reporting a leaking shower no sooner I signed contracts, that it became my responsibility to fork out $12,000 to fix this issue. I wouldn't trust them with a grain of salt for routine inspections on rental properties whatsoever! If there was a rating system on agents, i would give it a big fat ZERO!

DONT! let Graham Lynham manage your property. We have used them for some time now and have experiencedthe worst service.They have incompetent staff running property management that are inexperienced and highly unprofessional.Our investment property was left with damages from tenants while supposedly managed by this real estate. The property manager was not doing regular inspections or notifying us of issues.They were very slow to reply and sometimes no response from emails ( we had to go to RTA for advice).This was very stressing and time consuming for us as we had to keep managing our own property as Graham Lynham clearly wasn't capable.Discussions with Graham on matters that weren't being dealt with by staff were fobbed off. He showed no interest in pursuing the damages to the property and just fed us with deceptive information instead.After leaving honest feedback on social media, we received a call from an enraged Graham Lynham telling us to come and collect the keys for our property ashe didnt didnt want to deal with it anymore and then hanging up the phone.Don't allow this realestate to handle your investment.

Asked Graham Lynham Real Estate to sell our home for us and they did exactly that for us within 11 days. Thank You Nathan.
