Nicole and Amie worked hard to get my home loan approved! I highly recommend Nic to anyone who needs a home loan. I had an earlier loan with NAB fall through, and with just 3 days to meet my finance clause in my contract, Nic took over. She is a great communicator, a tireless worker and empathetic. I don't think anyone else could have got my loan over the line. She truly cared and gets top marks from me. Thanks Nic and Amie.

So happy we dealt with Nicole and Amie. We initially started enquiring with Nicole over a year before we actually did anything and received no less standard of assistance. They made a complicated 30 day settlement happen well within the timeframe and made it look easy and felt like we were dealing with a friend more than a lender. Thank you ladies!!

Absolutely terrible experince with RAMS. Repeatedly told they were busy, communication was slow and difficult and things were not explained to us as lay persons. As first home buyers we have had nothing but awful experiences with the team at RAMS. We had an in depth conversation regarding the loan type on initial consult, agreeing on fixed. The loan was put through as variable, we emailed and was told it was an error on their part. We also called to find out what the process was for fixing it and was told as a new customer and loan, the rate was fixed for a year anyway and would revert to variable after this. So we kept the loan product based on this. I called RAMS 2 weeks ago and was advised none of this was true. They provided incorrect information regarding their product and have done nothing but lie about it since. This is just one complaint. I dont have time to write them all . Unprofessional and incompetent, I will be moving my home loan as soon as humanly possible.

We recently bought our first home with RAMS and couldn't be happier with the service. Amie was exceptional with communication, especially as first buyers with stacks of questions. Prompt replies and often a call to check in and help us relax a bit when needed too. Highly recommend.

Nicole, Paula, Aimie and the Team at Rams Aspley have been fantastic to work with during my home build. Nicole, helped me from the start, guiding me through the daunting process of applying for home loan, her advice and and support is greatly appreciated. She is very knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, has lots of experience ( She would, work through even complex situations, She is the best) The amazing team Paula, Aimie and the Boys are very proffessional. They provided me with very fast, efficient service and they are amazing. I cant speak highly enough of the Staff at Rams at Aspley.
