Limited range Coles supermarket with no deli or bakery. It has most thinks but brand and within-brand options are limited. You can do a weekly shop here and I go regularly, mostly for emergency/fill in shopping. It's very local and friendly.

Been there this morning around 10 am and the self service check out staff was so helpful. She was very friendly and patient, showing me how to recharge credit into the gift card correctly. A+ service I have received, thank you.

As a local at surrey hills for over 3 years and also being an immigrant, the most racist service I received in any coles.If you are a person of colour, avoid this store please especially avoid service from the old lady at the counter.

Usual sort of thing for a supermarket. Staff were friendly and professional. It might not be a fair comment (I drive a van with roof racks that won't get into underground car parks without removing the sprinkler systems..) but parking close by always seems problematic at best.

Probably one of the worst Coles I’ve visited in Melbourne. Low stock (if any), very close to use by date items making a weekly shop impossible, limited range. Will try to use Doncaster more often from now on.

Ha, so I can see that the older white lady with glasses is rude to everyone, doesn't surprise me.Anyway, I'd like to point out that this store absolutely needs a chart or reference so staff actually know where tobacco pouches are. Every single time I'm in there it takes them almost ten minutes to find anything because they have nothing to assist them in looking.Literally every other store has this so their staff and customers don't have to go through this charade every time. Such an easy fix.

Small store with a decent range. Has improved recently with addition of fresher bread products, but the aisles can get narrow.May still have quiet shopping times for those who benefit from a dimmer and less noisy store

This store is a little old and a little small in my view. The self checkout area is a little cramped. What I like about this store is the bakery section. I can pick and choose some breads and pastries without being forced into prepacked version commonly seen at other stores. The underground carpark has low ceilings so big SUV drivers beware.
