Worst customer service I've ever received, asked for a HOT FRESH chicken got a luke worm shrivelled up quale when questioned about it there response was that's all we have perthetic

The restaurant is gross, tables haven't been cleaned toilets have body fluids everywhere, floors are just as bad, and your feet stick to the floor. How do you call this a family restaurant? I wouldn't even want to get started with what it could look like behind the counter. I will not be returning.

Haven't been to Red Rooster for a while. The food was honest and I got exactly what I paid for .. but .. the chicken looked a little tired and the meal as a whole was a bit greasier than I remembered from the last time I was there.

Most disgusting filthy fast food outlet I have ever been to. Every single table was filthy and no-one was cleaning anything nor were there any customers. The place was infested with flies and the food was horrible, the chicken wing I got had about 50 hairs in it. The toilets were the most filthy public toilets I have ever seen. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Never coming back

We decided 2 eat in great customer service,food had 2 3 piece dinner box ,get 2 pineapple fritters,wasn't as nice as it use 2 be,miss the Hawaiian box with banana,n pineapple fritter,only thing was female toilet was filthy n had no toilet paper n had 2 go tell staff but was cleaned up straight away food needs sme improvement,as chicken wasn't even hot .

Myself and my partner are away for the weekend and have come to Red Roster Shellharbour at least 3 times now. Today the two girls at the front, one with and without a mask was verbally treated horribly by a group of older low life’s who looked like they had nothing better to do with their day. These girls were nothing but lovely and don’t deserve any of it. Keep up the good work girls! :)

The service is great and the food is always nice. I can say I've never been disappointed with any meals that I have purchased. The staff at Shellharbour are friendly and efficient.

This is one of the best red roosters I've ever been to. Store already looked clean as can be, but staff swept, mopped, wiped tables, the whole time. Food was fast and really good too
