Amazing service, had my air max cleaned here, i got the basic clean, but it’s very satisfying, definitely worth it!

Appreciate the work you guys are doing. You got an excellent team working at the Sydney location. Had a pair of muddy AF1 GTX that I had washed myself but after a day realise that the products I used had started to eat away at the leather.I immediately took it to the guys at sneaker laundry, for the lot clean and a repaint. The guys there are easy to deal with and reassured me that they could help.Just got them back and they look perfect. Safe to say I’m going to leave my sneaker cleaning to the experts.Thanks guys.

Absolutely fantastic results every time. Shoes come back looking as good as new! Costs less or the same as you'd pay at a generic shoe repair shop (depending on the level of cleaning you select), but a much, much better end result. Jacob and his staff are super friendly and chill too. Repeat customer for the long haul!

The clean on my Air Max 1 Anniversary Obsidians wasn’t really the greatest. The mesh on the front actually came out more dirtier than before I took the pair to them. Not sure if I came on a bad day however one of the young workers was giving me a dirty look when I said hi to him, the other fella was very helpful. Honestly felt if I cleaned the shoes at home myself I would’ve been more satisfied. Not saying that I don’t recommend the Sydney store but due to my personal experience it’s either a hit or miss. I’m reading a lot of people have a positive experience however my pictures aren’t here to create drama.Some comparison pictures below. Photo on the left was before, the right is what I received after.

No happy at all , my sneakers has a new pink stains, + it is two weeks already that I asked for my $ back , so annoying all the emails they sent for promo and ignoring this

Such an amazing experience! Not only is it a great place to buy shoe care products but also it is great as it is a brick and mortar location. I am not able to get deliveries so it is so useful to have a one stop shop for all my shoe care needs that i can physically go to. Definitely recommend!
