Tanja is a great agent! Although I do not own, I rent with her and have been renting since 2018.She is thorough, and quick at getting repairs needed if there is any. She works well with landlords to ensure both tenants and landlords are happy. Very thorough with her routine inspections, and her entry and exit reports are very detailed. Tanja is thoughtful and kind, and will give you a shot if you seem like a suitable candidate. Tanja doesn't disrcimate, and turns more into a friend than just your relesate agent. It you treat tanja well She will treat you well. She works so hard as a property manager and relesate agent. I would reccomened her too all my friends and family as either a property manager or a relesate agent. You come across good agents and bad agents and tanja is definitely one of the good ones. Very likeable and more like family then anything else.If you looking for that friendly agent that everyone likes tanja and your area specialist is the place you want to be. I am hounered to rent through tanja, and she runs a very professional and friendly service.

I defiantly highly recommend to everyone , Tanja is wonderful and very professional . I don’t own a property just looking to lease for the first time and this is the only agency that gave me an second look . And a chance I find it very reliable , easy to contact , honest and I feel welcomed and satisfied with what I’m provided with .

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT even if they are cheap! They do not do proper routine inspections if AT ALL! and do not adjust the rent to suit the changing market! I have gone through another agent now and they noted the significant price difference $140 more than what it was!! The rental agent Tanja thought it was ok that the tenants paint the walls in certain areas a different colour white which was more like a yellow so the the whole house needed repainting, thought it was also ok for the tenants to CUT a chunk out of an interior door because they locked themselves out and did not replace it, and ok that the tenants paint BATHROOM TILES! This agent does not work for you! And also ok for the tenants to take the pressure valve out of the sink tap and classed it a general WEAR AND TEAR on a 1 year old tap!
