I was nervous to take our dog to a new groomer which was closer to us but Darcey looked after him so well. He also came out looking a million times better

Balu absolutely loves her grooming experience and is always excited for her treats during and after her pamper session. Darcy is a pleasure to liaise with and goes above and beyond to make sure Balu is safe and enjoys her groom. Can’t recommend these girls enough!

I used your service for the first time for my Aussie shepherd, and I feel very disappointed about your work done on my dogIt was very expensive for what we received, I got my dog back wet, not fully brushed, fur not trimmed and not sure if she gets treat as mentioned.I was also disappointed to meet the groomer in front of the house where a groomer trailer was instead of the proper shop.I will not recommend your service at all

Oliver and Heidi love coming to the Pooch Day Spa! Erin and Darcey always do such a fantastic groom. The spa itself is warm and welcoming, with lovely decor. Great pricing structure too.

Arri and Kirra always come out looking absolutely divine! They do 1 on 1 sessions which for us means I am able to take Arri who isn't dog social with stranger dogs which is so amazing, I don't have to worry at all. Darcy takes the extra time to work with them even when they are being difficult (bath time sucks right?) Couldn't recommend these guys more!

The ladies are professional in what they do! Absolutely fantastic service. I used them for my Australian shepherd since 1year+ and never looked for alternative. I love that now they have mobile service available so I can save time on driving.

Thanks to Pooch Day Spa for making my Aussie Shepherd so comfortable and calm. Darcy was so amazing with our dog who has a history of being very anxious at the groomers. Our dog seems to only be comfortable with Pooch Day Spa which just shows how gentle and calm they are with the pooches!
