Do not use this service. Absolutely poor service and is a scam! They deliberately slow down their pace to rip you off! Job was completed in 8 hours instead of an easy 3 or 4 hours max. Moved house before but never encountered 8 hours of moving. Ridiculous!Called the operator to explain the situation but she said there's nothing she can do and rudely hung up on me. Tried calling back but she refused to answer the phone again. Very poor customer service and felt scammed.Hidden charge: Extra charged a 2% when there was nothing stated in the written quote.Have a different business name under move 4 cheap". BEWARE!!!!!"

They came in and were very pleasant and eager to help. I had no issues during the move as the movers were really helpful. I apologize as I forgot their names, but they were really efficient. My advise is only to make sure you communicate very with the phone representative, especially with their quoting, no problems whatsoever, but it would eliminate potential troubles.

I’ve moved a few times over the last few years with a few providers and I felt compelled to write a review on Book a Mover because Navjot and his team were excellent and easy to work with through the move. I’m really impressed with how great they were with this move. They are well priced, flexible, and communicate very well with you. I highly recommend them to anyone doing a move. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks for an easy relocation!

Navjod and Sam moved our 2 bedroom unit on Saturday and were excellent! I highly recommend their attention to detail, care and teamwork. The job ended up being a lot bigger than expected, but they were patient and worked efficiently throughout. Thank you Navjod and Sam!
