Visited the store today to have the worst customer experience with the on duty manager ROBIN, this individual has zero people skills, zero capacity to deal with something that required some Finesse. Management should probably look to returning Robin back to the loading dock. You’ve got no place being in front of customers. You demeanour and inability to offer a solution highlights you incapacity to hold a managerial role.

Crazy how hard it is to print an image on standard photo paper at an Officeworks. Lines so long that it wasn't worth waiting.Why does Kmart have a self serve photo printing device and Officeworks doesn't?I see why the reviews are so low. Understaffed like crazy, poor employees trying to serve three people at once.

Incredibly rude staff. Will avoid eye contact with you like their life depends on it. A woman needed help with the self print and they did nothing beyond point to the machine and tell her that’s where the printers are. One of the machines jammed and they accusatorially asked if she’d touched the paper tray. 10/10 would recommend they change their staff.

Horrible service. Came in to laminate a few pieces of paper. The staff said it will take one day and I have to come back tomorrow. So I told him to laminate half. It took him 2 minutes to laminate half of it. After laminating, I told him to trim it. He told me that it will take him another 15 minutes (to do 8 slices). Staff are so lazy

After a confusing encounter with the self service printing (I needed double sided printing & I had printed single side) I asked for help & was told they would be happy to print the other side for me on their printer. I thought that was a lovely gesture, except being told after the fact that they just charged me double because they did it. What could have been a lovely customer service experience is now a very negative one. I can see why the reviews for this store is so low.

After some lacklustre service and attitude from an unnamed junior staff member at the behind counter print services, Juliett the manager stepped in and quickly picked up the job. Thanks Juliett for teaching your colleagues what good service looks like.

Rude staff. Did a heap of printing which was quite expensive and wouldn’t even give me a used box that was in a pile because “it all goes into the rubbish” didn’t even direct me to the manilla folders. Corporate sustainability and customer service at it’s worst. And printing was expensive too!
