RESPONSE 26 APRIL 2018Thank you for responding. At the time of 'the incident', I was engrossed in a very important piece of work and was trying to find out what was wrong with our internet. I was not annoyed at you. You were over-sensitive and jumped to conclusions. This was a misunderstanding that could easily have been fixed if you had spoken with me, not sent me an abrasive text 3 days after an incident I didn't even know was an issue! Are you really surprised that I answered with excuse me?" I mean
