I started my prep with Richard a little over 16 weeks ago. Throughout the months his programming and nutrition coaching has seen me put on a little over 2 kilos of muscle. He is one of the most knowledgeable coaches in the industry. He is also highly reliable in regards to fast communication and giving honest feedback. I can not recommend him enough for anyone who is looking into getting serious about their body building/fitness or nutrition journey.

I have Comp Prep'd with The Physique Code twice now - Both shows i have exceeded my expectations of condition and overall am VERY happy with the outcomes.I was walked through everything step by step with great response times for any questions regarding diet or training. The programming they used was time effective and i was given a program that was able to work around and strengthen up my shoulder injury.Overall i highly recommend and would not Competition Prep with anybody else in Perth!

They told me they are a busy company who don't just have to get back to me within two days as they ‘re ‘very busy’, and that Rich is too expensive and busy to see!After I was willing to PAY $$$.I was recommended by Gorilla Chiro who are magnificent, so it was even more down letting.If I could post the photos of emails they sent me (TPC), I would, definitely.They don’t need business - for sure!!

Where to begin. I’ve had multiple coaches before but physique code is second to none. Especially Richard. Mixes science, knowledge and experience to deliver you the BEST service. I’ve been with them for about 2 yrs now and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else anytime soon.
