The worst experience of purchase completely wasting time ! I have bought the vanity and matching shaving cabinet , the first time when we went to pick it up we have waited outside of warehouse for 20 minutes and they gave us the wrong one , then I called the office they said they'll organise the delivery to our place which is one week after we supposed to get it , and the delivery guy didn't show up , so we had to go back again to swipe the correct one , the for our cabinet I know it's about 2 weeks time but it's been delayed , totally understand with covid then I call the office to ask when it will be ready to pick up , they guarantee me that it will be ready to pick up on Saturday morning , so my partner went overthere they asked him to wait another 15 mins for them to get ready , after 10 mins waiting he came out and said he'll deliver the cabinet to our place , which is what they told us last time as well but didn't show up ! Totally wasting our time ! VERY POOR WAREHOUSE COMMUNICATION WITH OFFICE AND THE CUSTOMERS ! SO DISAPPOINTED

The best kitchen & bathroom supplier in the Gold Coast. We did reno for our 2 bathrooms and kitchen.All we needed to do just gave them dimension of each room then they well looked after us. They provide complimentary design consultation.Riris gave us some great ideas for our reno, from floor planning, theme and detail materials that we chosen and make sure suit our personalities into designs.Communication with Terry and Riris also very relax and approachable.We got all black tap wares, vanity and stone-top for our project. The services couldn't get more professional and passionate. The price very competitive for modern and good quality products.Thank you again to make our bathrooms and kitchen look fantastic.S.C

Use fake Facebook account with ultra low price to attract customer for a kitchen they actually don’t have. Avoid use them at all cost.

Worst customer service, be away. I purchased kitchen in June and half kitchen cane in July rest of them end of the September. No update by Paul ( sales person) just ignoring and had to call every week. Haven't even receive my full invoice, mid October and still waiting. Had to go ACCC and report them.

I bought all the vanities, bowls and taps from kitchen and bathroom warehouse. We just installed everything and I am very satisfied with all the products, everything looks soooo good and you can get it for a affordable price. It took only a week for everything to arrive, very quick.
