I love this place. The colour coded discount tickets gamify the experience making shopping for designer clothes even more fun (if that’s possible). I’ve found some of the most incredible bargains here from the wonderfully curated range of garments. I come in all the time and there is always a whole new range of stock each time. Great stylish friendly staff. Highly recommend!

A very well managed store with a fantastic range of clothes. The staff here are the cherry on top as they are always happy to help and are super to interact with.

I called into Goodbyes prahran 5 days passed my pick-up date and my designer clothes had been donated to charity. This store used to send out final notices. Not any more.

The variety of clothes is very good as well as the condition although some of the stuff is a little overpriced for example i saw a plain uni qlo t shirt for 35 dollars.

Attitudinal staff who do their best to ignore shoppers which is surprising as the brand label tat they’re selling is no better thing anything Salvos Malvern or Salvos Port Melbourne have, except at the Salvos it’s cheaper and the staff are at least friendly and helpful.

Lady was very rude when I dropped off bags and not helpful at all. Will not be returning again to drop off any items. I have never heard of an second hand shop to literally refuse bags of clothes.

The best Consignment shop! Very friendly staff, loads of amazing designer and high end labels to choose from. Why buy new when you have so much choice second hand, and for a fraction of the cost! I’ll be back

I chose sandals for myself and the ladies looking for changing rooms wanted to hold them for a minute and I was in store and looked for clothes , they sale them to other person, no respect customers at all , not recommended to anyone

Enjoy buying from the store but definitely not selling my items. made me wait 30 minutes to go through my basket of clothes to only select 3 items to take saying they are full stocked and have a 3 item per customer limit. If I had known from the start, I would've come back another day or not have wasted my time filtering out my wardrobe then waiting for them to tell me after. They should really have a sign up on the door to advertise they can only take a limited amount. I'm really disappointed as I was super excited to try out the experience of Goodbyes as I have heard many good things about them. I was also told that those 3 items will take 2 weeks to reach the shop floor.a super misleading experience unfortunately :(
