Team One Fitness - Bondi Beach
Team One Fitness is a great place to improve your health and fitness while having an awesome time. I've been training with Yves for about 6 months and I can say that all the sessions are well thought out and never the same. He connects with everyone training and makes sure you're engaged in the right way at the right level. I feel fitter and generally better (physically and mentally) since starting his training sessions and it's a great feeling to be on the beach while watching the sunrise. I strongly recommend Team One Fitness!

I have been trainning with Team One for a while and i have seeing a great results in my body as increase fitness, strenght and muscle tone.The group in Bondi and Coogee has a great energy. Everybody is super friendly and fun to train with.

Team One Fitness - Bondi Beach
I trained with other training groups for short bursts but I've found Team One Fitness to be the best- great training which is outdoors. It's always on in any weather... It's an amazing start to the day and Yves ensures he understands your goals. It feels like a fun team and I've always enjoyed it. Thanks Team One Fitness!!
