Care Connect
My 94 year old mother has been having care connect for a few years now. We were very happy with the service up until recently. She had a lovely woman Tracey coming 3 days per week. Tracey knew all of my mothers likes and dislikes. My mother was taken to hospital. Since she has returned home. She has lost Tracey. As the company Tracey was with no longer deal with Care Connect. The company rang me gave me a permanent roster for the girls, that were coming. They have NOT complied with that. They ring at the last minute stating no one is available.

Care Connect
My 95 year old grandmother moved in with me after having a fall and spending some time in hospital. The people who have been coming to care for Nan have been amazing, not only in the personal care provided, but in the way they nurture her mental health with her change of circumstances as well. I can't speak highly enough of Natasha who goes above and beyond to pamper and spoil Nan. Both Nan and I wish she could keep coming forever.
