Chelsie was great at explaining what to expect at each step of the treatment, and she was clear in gathering background information and addressing any concerns or questions I have.Very pleasant experience, I'm looking forward to seeing the results in a few months and trying other treatments in future.

I love my visits to Skin Agencie. The team are kind and welcoming and my consultant Kayla is divine. She takes great care of me, carefully explaining each step of the process so that I know exactly how my skin is being repaired and nourished. I highly recommend Kayla, she is gentle, knowledgeable and calming. I always leave Skin Agencie glowing from the inside out!

I came in looking to get my skin prepped for an important event. I didn't know what to get, but Chelsie recommended HIFU, DMK enzyme mask & LED.They took my skin photos at the start and explained about my skin and asked what I wanted to achieve.The results were AMAZING. My skin looked brighter and fresher after one session.Chelsie was also so so lovely. She never pushed me to take all the treatments she suggested. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning when I had the free skin consultation, til the end after I got my treatments.Not to mention the calming, beautiful space. Would definitely go again!

I LOVED my treatment today. I had the Bright Side, which consisted of Laser Genesis, micro needling and a TCA Peel. Spicy, but my skin already feels amazing!! I can’t wait to see the results over the next week. Chelsie and Kayla are always amazing, with their level of care and knowledge and I completely trust their judgement and love the results they have created for me and my skin. Beautiful experience today with Kayla, who guided me through each step of my treatment with full explanation of what the treatment would achieve and what to expect regarding how my skin may feel during the treatment. Kayla also supplied me with a written prescription for how I should use my products, and contact number if I had any unusual reaction to my treatment. And some suggestions for future procedures .
