Bread is nice. Staff are friendly. The place is busy but they are quick at filling orders so you don't need to wait long. If you ask them to sign up for their rewards program they will send you a text which you can use to register yourself for their rewards app (better than a card as it does not take up space in your wallet). Recommend!

Honestly I've been to much, much better Baker's Delight franchises. Particularly since the renovation I have found that the price is higher than other Baker's Delight stores, in fact higher than every other one I've been to. Then there's the surcharge if you pay by card.... I mean what the??!! The prices aren't high enough? I find that the staff are not just rude to me, but they're rude to my 4 year old, even when he's using his absolute best manners. As I'm tired of poor customer service, over priced items and having an eftpos machine shoved in my face when I hold out cash (to avoid the surcharge), I'll be giving this store a miss and crossing the road to the other option. Sad to see this one's standards drop so low.

I visit here weekly for bread, rolls and sweet pastries. There stock is of a universally high standard. The kids love the hi fibre low GI bread. Service is excellent.

Bought 2 loaves sliced for sandwich from this shop last week. Both had the end crust the thickness of 2 to 3 slices. I have tried to call the shop on its advertised number several times but it always has a busy signal. Both loaves of bread had the extra thick crust put at the bottom of the bag so that it wouldn't be noticed when the loaf was first opened. It makes me think that was done intentionally. Also why have a telephone number advertised if you have had it disconnected or don't want to answer it during open hours!!
