Monterey Apartments

Nice and quite but very cold in winter especially the unit 18 the water get in from the balcony to the hall .

Very good experience, I have stayed for more than 2 weeks and the place was very nice, clean, heating is available, electric heating blanket is awesome, I enjoyed my stay

Bit tired great location though.. the pool and the tennis court are awesome amenities.

Is it allowed to rent a private room with my partner? I'm the only who will study there, but I can't find any info about partners and spouses

If your finding somewhere close to town and government then this is it. Easy parking - we were in an Airbnb

I spent two weeks here, and the apartment was a good balance with budget and comfort.

My friend has lived here for many years. Perfect Reid location within walking distance to everything Canberra city has to offer. Oldish compared to brand new developments on nearby Cooyong Street, but upgraded security and grounds a couple of years ago, so very presentable and attractive complex nonetheless. It is peaceful and quiet too, no rowdy group homes or outlandish parties (except ours perhaps!). Seems like 50% vacancy rate or something, but there is no way that would be the case given location. We think maybe lots of apartments are short-stay, airbnb, etc? Love the main courtyard area which has an awesome pool, tennis court and beautiful landscaping.

Lived here for 7 years. Great spot. Apartments are aging and the car park shifts a bit. Pool just got refurbished which is a big plus.

The Monterey residents are (on balance) tolerant & keeps mostly to themselves (unless a pro-active duty of care necessitates) ~ (these) Predominantly post-graduate professionals have exceptionally good taste in accommodation & an astute future sense of a long term property investment that this body corporate managed site offers. Stayed in s fully furnished short term rental apartment. Lovely and modern, close to Civic and the Canberra Centre. Quiet and nice.
