My team of exercise physiologists and I have worked side by side the BodyFusion team for a number of years helping a lot of shared clients improve their health and wellbeing. Kat came to present seminars on nutrition at our workplace as part of our Get Healthy at Work program. The four sessions covered nutrition myth busting, healthy snacking and the truth about alcohol & eating out. Her talk was engaging, informative and hands on. Our staff found it very valuable and we would recommend them highly.

I would highly recommend seeing Tatiana. She helped me balance my diet with practical strategies that dampened all the heinous sugar cravings I was getting, and helped balance my energy and control my hunger levels. She provides individual, easy to follow advice and through working with her I have shifted my focus to eating well and exercising, rather than a punishing diet culture one- which was a massive shift. Would 10/10 recommend.
