We just want to thank Petite Richmond for giving our daughter such a wonderful start to her day care life. We recently moved away from Richmond (to regional Vic, too far to continue attending) and leaving Petite was an incredibly sad part of the move. All the staff we encountered were so lovely and we never had a doubt our daughter was in good hands. She developed wonderful bonds with her regular carers and we cant speak highly enough of the 'Baby Boulevard' staff, especially Cece - words cant describe how incredible she is. From day one our daughter was comfortable at the centre, and even on her temperamental days, the staff knew exactly what to do to distract her, settle her and without fail we'd have a happy girl coming home at the end of the day. The Baby Boulevard room has a separate dark sleeping room which really helps the babies settle and enable them to sleep longer. The toys and play equipment were regularly rotated and changed to keep the kids interested and to provide new development and learning opportunities. There was also always tons of outside play which we really appreciated. When our daughter was ready to move to the older room they obviously did it in a really positive, supportive way as she had no trouble going into her new class when she fully transferred.Most of this happened throughout the Covid lockdowns and the staff were always very responsive and communicative, and dealt with a really difficult situation in a really positive way.We highly recommend Petite Richmond to anyone looking for a supportive, caring and encouraging day care environment.

The staff here are amazing, my son has been attending for a year now and we're so happy with our decision! They go above and beyond to organise extras for us and we really feel part of the family. Highly recommend!

This has been our first experience with childcare and we cannot recommend Petit ELJ Richmond highly enough. Our daughter started there when she was 10 months old and we have loved watching her develop and learn new skills in her time at Petit. The whole baby Boulevard education team Cece, Arisa, Sim as well as the centre managers Steph and Briar (and many more lovely staff who always smile and say hello when you walk in the centre!) have all been incredibly welcoming and have made this big change feel like a seamless transition not only for our daughter but us as well. She always comes home happy and tired after a big day of outdoor play and activities, it’s become a highlight of our day seeing her so happy in this environment after our time at work! Thank you to the wonderful Petit Richmond team, we really appreciate the wonderful job you all do.

Amazing staff, prompt response to parents inquiries and high level of care to the kids. I feel i can really trust Petit Richmond in supporting my child to develop and learn as well as to be looked after.

I have seen a massive change in my daughters development since attending Petit Richmond. She just loves it there and the frequent daily updates through the app always puts our minds at ease and makes us feel a part of the journey. They are full of creative ideas and activities and there’s always something new to explore. The facilities are fantastic and new, they even have a huge outdoor area on the roof and another large outdoor area undercover for the colder months. I know she is in good hands and she basically jumps out of our arms now keen to see her careers and friends. We are just very grateful and it just shows how much love and care she gets from the baby boulevard team. I highly recommend!

Big new neat and spacious centre, my daughter had a good time in this childcare, stuff are friendly and easy talk to, good director.

Our daughters first child care experience was at the age of 6 months. Near 3 years later she is still loves going. The faculties and location spot on, the team all do a great job and continual communication has been spot on. Our daughter was upset to say the least when we told her no more Petit as we have just relocated to Perth.

Affordable and quality early learning service within Melbourne Metro. The teachers monitor the behaviour of each child and discuss same with parents. The location is also very close to public transport if you don't have a car. Although taking care of kids can be overwhelming, they can improve by finding ways of keeping items that belong to each child to reduce loss or swap of items. Overall, in terms of location, early learning experience and cost, Petit is outstanding and I recommend them to all and sundry.

Love this center and the amazing curriculum they have for these children! Never seen one unhappy child so far, the kids seem to love their activities and great communications to the parents via live updates, email notifications and updated via brochures bulletin etc
