Hair NaRa

I went for a second time recently after a good first time. Won't be going again and disappointed. Root touch up and coloured my hair. Charged me more than quoted, even after I made decisions which they guided me on to lessen the price. Tried to understand their pricing but their reasoning did not make sense. Cost the same amount as my first full head colour and bleach with them, just for touch up!Would be nice if they were more upfront with their price breakdown and if they brushed gentler.

I'm happy with the price and the style they do for me. Will definitely come again.

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and I was thoroughly impressed. The girls are super friendly and sweet! They made sure to inform me on everything and checked up on me throughout the process. My haircut was exactly what I wanted and my hair feels soft and healthy again. The value for money is amazing, they're incredibly professional and skilled at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to my friends and family.

I really recommend this wonderful Korean hairdresser. All the girl's were very polite and skilled so happy with my hair.I will definitely keep going back.

Price is reasonable. Roughly $80 to dye hair(for male). Korean staff were very friendly with advice/suggestions on how to maintain hair colour/style hair.

I've been scheduling my appointments with Rina for some time now. She's really good at cutting hair and if you ask, she can give suggestions on what services she should do to your hair (for hair and scalp care purposes), as well as what hairstyle would be most suitable for the face shape. If you do have a specific hairstyle you're wanting, I suggest bringing a photo so Rina can share her opinion too. Rina is good with communication, and she is very friendly, so please feel reassured when approaching her.

Terrible experience with Hair Nara today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Initially, I just expressed my requirement to cut my hair simply shorter. I though the hair dresser is professional. So I said you can do that in your professional way to make it shorter. However, the hair dresser was not only horrible for her skill but also for her attitude to her customer when I was not happy with the hair length. It is because I just need her to cut my hair even shorter. The hair dresser was extremely rebelling at my further requirement. She started to yell at me to order me to confirm the hair length. Later on, my hair end looked not in same level. I asked her cut it neat. Nonetheless, the hair dresser did it in an annoying way with an iron, although I told her sever times I don’t like it to be done with a hot iron. What a nightmare!The staff of Hair Nara is really difficult to communicate with. Their attitude to customers is extremely dauting. (Just On Behalf of My Family Member)

Loved my haircut and Reena was so pleasant n knew what I wanted. Will definitely go back when it’s 6 weeks n will try colour also.It was value for money.Have already recommended the Salon to friends ☺️

Rina has been my hairdresser for about 5 years now and I've always loved the haircuts she gave me. She's always very friendly. I'm so happy for her that she finally gets to open her own salon. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
