Delivery of concrete was 1 1/2 hours late price was expensive, product was okay. Wouldn't use again unless desperate. Wish I had read some reviews seems a familiar story being told

My experience was disgusting to say the least. I would and could not recommend this company. They short changed us twice with concrete then had the nerve to turn around and blame are registered builder for their measurements. When I called back to have this rectified they did not want to know about it as they already had our money. They were the most expensive out of the 4 I call as well. So much for supporting the local company in the area. I will be sure to warn anyone in the Blackburn area NOT TO USE this company for anything!!!!

Terrible!! Ordered mini mix. They were over a hour late, truck didn't work properly when it arrived, driver was unhelpful and bagged his boss by saying he couldn't give a damn and they were short on concrete. When I called Sarres, they didn't care and weren't helpful at all. Beware of Sarres and I couldn't recommend this business to any concreter, builder or landscaper.

Delivered mulch to our house, snagged an overhead cable that went to our neighbours house with their truck, which pulled and damaged our neighbours house facade. I called multiple times to get them to arrange to repair the damage caused by them. Two times they said they’d come out to look and discuss and they never rocked up.Dishonest mob who don’t respect their customers. Take responsibility when you cause damage, it’s the decent and right thing to do.

Delivery guy from this company damaged by carport and owner have not taken any actions from 3 months.In my opinion the delivery guy was not sober.

mini mix delivered 4 times for different jobs over ten years by these lot, never had a problem. fair price, timely delivery, and correct quantity on all occasions.I suspect some of these other reviews are faked by the competition

I’ve used these guys while I’m working in the area for concrete, steel and rock - they’ve been prompt and looked after me. Concrete is always consistent, I’ll use them again when I’m in the area!
