Bonjour Crêpes

Emily catered the dessert course for my mum's 90th birthday celebration, providing an authentic French crepe experience to over 40 people. She even provided the unique toppings our French family had developed over four generations of living in Australia! She had to work quickly and non-stop, never losing her smile and friendly banter. I have tried many crepes: my own, my mum's, in different restaurants all over France as well as from the food trucks in Paris. I can confirm that Emily's crepes are the best I have EVER eaten! The actual crepe is silky and beautifully thin with just the right amount of topping! For Mum's party, we only had sweet crepes on the menu but I have since tried her savoury crepes at Gosford markets and am happy to confirm that they are as good as her sweet crepes :)

For my birthday party, we hired Emily to make some savoury and sweet crepes. Friends and family really enjoyed it and are still raving about it! Emily was very organised and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
