Dodo Internet Arndale

Terrible NBN connection kept dropping out, rang countless times only to be put on holding pattern then phone disconnects.30 mins before i gave up. Will be cancelling contract (NBN and Fetch) immediately.

Dodo electricity CANNOT BE TRUSTED. The guy at their advertising stand gave false charges (too good to be true off course) . The trick being a lot of people are not good at figures so in 3 months time when u get the bill, the contract sales rep has been paid (most prob not even working for them any more ). Dodo will not follow the contract agreed for the priceby the salesperson. A lot of customers wont bother changing again so Dodo makes money. Maybe that is why it happens?

They say it's $29 per month unlimited but please don't be fooled by these lairs. You must pay connection of$99 plus $39line rental bringing there 1st month total to around $167 for the month.I would not use them, not because of there service but because they are full of BS!!Dodo internet that lies! (Not flies)

They put my calls on hold for 3 times and I waited every time for like 20 minutes and even after putting me on call for hour I could not resolve my problem.

I will never advice anyone to go to dodo as my family is regretting that we didn't join AGL for internet services. dodo is so quick to deduct your money and sweet talk you into signing a contract but they never follow up on your connection which is really frustrating. I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks for my activation to come through but each time you call them customer service pretends like they know nothing about the issue. I had to go to friend's house to complete my assignments. They never call you back, they never follow up on your matter. I am rating you zero because that is your performance.

I've been with them for 18 months now, my contract has run out and the guys from Arndale call me 3 to 4 times a day i know they just stand around all day but come on it's annoying so i blocked the number.. but as for the service from the people online and in person, they are friendly i haven't had any issues with them. As for the speed i have ADSL2 and the speed u should get is 24mbps i get around 4mbps i was told I'm to far from the exchange to get faster speeds so this also makes me wonder why should i pay more money and get NBN if i can't use the speed ur supposed to get.

They are actually none contactable!! They have been, since I unfortunately advised my daughter to get internet from them! She has been given the run around by them from the first day! Given free 50mpm for the first month even though she didn’t ask for it! Even phoned them to say she didn’t want it! Now trying to cancel it and it’s impossible!! They are actually NON CONTACTABLE!! Now trying through her bank!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

Horrible service, not able to use even my phone on wifi most of the timeI've recently left your service as it cuts out all the time!Why am I getting asked to return my modem when I paid for my modem when setting up, I had to pay $200 upfront when I set up with youse and I was told that was me paying for my modem and start up fee!
