I recently purchased a new mattress, bed frame, and bedside tables from Snooze Hoppers Crossing and I had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Janine. She took the time to understand our needs and help us find the perfect products for our bedroom. I also took advantage of the free delivery special, which was very convenient. The only minor issue was that there was some confusion about the fee for assembly, but this was quickly resolved. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Snooze Hoppers Crossing and I would definitely recommend them to others.The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and were able to answer all of my questions. The showroom was well-organized and easy to navigate. The products were of high quality and were priced competitively. The delivery was free and arrived on time. The assembly was quick. I had a terrible experience purchasing my mattress from here. After a week of using the mattress, my back pain had exacerbated so I called up to ask for an exchange to another firmness. They took my details and never called back. I also haven't received my Velocity points from them, which was promised to be in my account 3 days after purchase. It's been over a month now. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Tony and the team at Hoppers Crossing went above and beyond to help us choose the right bed base and mattress for us. They made sure to give us options in various price ranges which allowed us to make the best choices within our price range. I really appreciate the professional and friendly introduction from Marie last Sunday. I looked around in all furniture shops in hoppers crossing but it was her that made me decide to buy the bed frame suits in this store. The product is in good quality but also of lovely style.
