Fix Auto Mulgrave

Just collected my car after getting repaired. I am extremely happy with their service, and I am grateful to Monica for understanding my situation. She is very kind and always nice to talk to.

Took my car for a repair few months back and the staff especially Lana, she made sure its fixed and every step of the way kept me informed. Highly recommend Fix Auto Musgrave and Clayton branch offices which are 100m apart. They fixed my front bumper and the workmanship is superior. Could not notice a difference. As I'm a person that could spot even a tiny issue misalignment or a space, it was perfect. They even did a tyre shine on all 4 tyres for free.

Just had my car repaired here, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The communication was excellent, the team is so organised, the work was completed with an immense attention to detail and they were so easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a repairer. Thank you for a great experience!

Excellent Customer service, going above and beyond!Sorry this was long overdue.Thank you Petra and the team for being so considerate of our situation and having our car fixed ASAP even though it only arrived at your workshop on 31/05/22 although the accident happened on 27/05. I called you on the 31/05 to get an update and you mentioned that the car only arrived that morning although it was meant to be there on the 30/05. You mentioned that with covid/shipping delays with parts our car could be with you for over 2 weeks. I then mentioned to you that we had the hire car from the insurance company only for 2 weeks and we were meant to give it back to Europcar on 12/06. If we kept the hire car longer,it would be out of our own expense. You were kind enough to note it on file and said you will try and do your best. We were delighted when you called us on 14/06 after the Queen's Bday long weekend and said the car was ready for pickup. We then organised the car to be picked on 16/06 as we had prior commitments on the 15/06. Thank you so much for washing and vacuuming the car as with 3 young kids and their extra activities on weekends its really hard to keep the car clean. On 16/06 we realised the windscreen washer wasn't working and we notified your team about it and you had us come over and got that issue sorted within the hour. Thank you for doing all this for us so quickly and resolving the issue and for being kind and considerate of our situation. We will come to you in future if we have any issues, which I hope not, touchwood.

Sent here as part of insurance work. The customer service team were excellent, informative and helpful. The car was returned fixed and clean. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to thank Fix Auto Mulgrave.they fixed my car. After i had an accident and I was at fault. I noticed some issues after i picked it up, and i took it back. They took full responsibility and fixed it properly. Owner Lana explained things to me and dealt with me the second time, and she was very nice to me when I was there to pick up my car. ( they gave me a hire car for free for 4 days while my issue was being rectified) Petra is easy to deal with, and I believe Jim is a great guy and a good mechanic even though he didn't like me much , but i dont take that personally, and i want to thank him too.

Lana is fantastic! She gets the ball rolling and keeps things done on time.The girls in the office are lovely! They are always friendly, receptive, helpful, honest and caring.Thank you.You've made my week better by helping me get my car back as soon as possible.=)

Pretty average job .It would be great if they give the car clean to the customer car was covered with pint dust and foot print was all over the car just presentable, not asking for full detailing the car .
