Lovely Services and some pretty cool scent

Have always enjoyed going into see Scents at Ocean Keys and have found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Often times, having no idea what I’d like they are able to give me some great suggestions which always gives me confidence to trust their guidance.

I was on my way to Myer Joondalup to purchase a really nice bottle of aftershave for my hubby for our 10 year wedding anniversary and I thought of scents at ocean keys. So I decided to go there instead and shop local. What a bad decision that was. As I entered the shop, the lady was on the phone having an argument with someone. She then said she had a customer, so hung up. She asked how she could help, I said I was looking at the new creed aftershave and she basically said no that’s $400 top of the range. I said, yes price doesn’t matter. She said, I’ll let u smell it. And handed me the card to smell. I just left.How rude of her to just assume that wasn’t in my price range. I was really furious. I left and went to Myer. And won’t be returning again. She’s extremely rude and fake

Need more staff at busy times.

Staff are all polite and friendly, you can get some good deals here.

The girls in this shop are fantastic. They offer great advice and have a brilliant range of ladies and men's scents. This is our go-to shop for the family perfumes. I would highly recommend this store to everyone especially the Ocean Keys store!!10/10.
