I want to say a huge thank you to Angi and Life Mobility. Whilst I was overseas my father had to be moved into a tilt and recline wheelchair as his legs can no longer support him. Angi went above and beyond in helping my elderly mother make this as easy and stress free a transition as possible. The care and customer service shown to my mother went above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend Life Mobility.

I purchased Wheelchair from Life Mobility via recommendations. The chair was never used as my wife passed away, I called to enquire about a refund and was advised it was more than 14 days, a bit disappointing for a company that did come highly recommended??

Sales are great but, repair department and Stuart is Disgraceful. Abusive argumentative and arrogant all in 1 phone call and then has the audacity to hang up the phone! Pathetic childish behaviour shines a dim view on this business.

I found Life Mobility much more expensive than any other mobility shop without any better quality or service. Even their chairs were at least $500 more expensive than absolutely the same ones in Harvey Norman. I'd give it a big miss.

Really nice staff who are very helpful and kind. The person we got was even a nurse so totally understood what we needed. I thought it would be full of grandma & grandpa ‘s but it had lots of ages there

I found the most of the staff to be helpful with most things. Most of the staff are willing to work with you, your needs and whether or not you have to deal with workcover or tac. But unfortunately when I've had to have them come back to my home for a repair of an electric chair that I purchased I felt like it was and I were a bother. (This was a few years ago now) I hope that things are better with that side of the customer service as it has stopped me from going back for big purchases and help with repairing of my chair, I paid someone rather than have the same repair guy come out as I didn't want to hear him complain to me.

Excellent help, Simon brought a couple of electric wheelchairs suitable for me and my budget, also a fold up ramp that can be carried and used to getting into places that have a step or at a pinch 2 steps. They have so many items for those of varying degrees of disability, couldn't be more helpful.

Very very poor service the guy was not interested in helping me at all im finding anouther place to buy what I need for mum, im looking after my very disabled mother after her stroke i needed help not someone who just didn't care was not helpful at all very poor service
