I recently purchased one of the slimline ceramic water filters from Village Pottery. The customer service was impeccable (Megan was so helpful), and the filter itself is fantastic. The filter is beautifully made and very high quality. It’s the perfect combination of form and function. Looks gorgeous and bright on our kitchen counter, and the filtered water tastes great. I purchased it for health reasons, and I am looking forward to seeing the benefits over time. I’d definitely recommend this product and company.

Our water has never tasted so good!! We purchased the Original Dome in 'Sage' with the SCP Fluoride Plus filter and are so happy with these! The handmade filter is absolutely divine, there is something so beautifully ritualistic about filling our filter and taking water from it everyday.We had an issue with one of the components not correctly fitting and Megan was so quick to help and arrange a replacement.Highly recommend Village Pottery company!

My water purifier arrived and it is an absolutely beautiful piece of functional art. They may take a little bit of time to arrive once ordered but once you see the craftsmanship and care that goes into them the wait is so worth it. And the bonus is that not only do they look awesome but they work wonderfully so now I will have fresh purified water whenever I want. Thank you so much to all at Village Pottery!

I absolutely love my water filter. If you haven’t bought one you need to… I would highly recommend this company to buy your pot from. Their products and customer service is second to none. Megan was so helpful . I unfortunately smashed my lid. It was no problem to replace it and it matches perfectly. She even made me a customised lid. It was a pleasure dealing with such a friendly professional company.
