No Service at All - Unresponsive and rude. I called Sony over a week ago with regards to an audio issue with our new TV. They gave me the contact information for TSS Electronics. I sent an email explaining the issue and received an email stating what I had explained in the email back to me asking me to confirm?? They asked for proof of purchase, which I sent, only to receive a late email asking to send again 'we can't see it when we blow it up'. I obliged with 3 separate pictures of the one receipt and received a timely response with 'thanks'. 4 days later I sent an em asking 'where are we at', and was em on the next business day ' I'll follow up and get tech to call for service call'. No word from anyone so i called next day - today - I wished I'd never contacted them initially. I stated my name and in the middle of discussing follow up, I was interrupted with 'what is your last name'. It went on from there from rude to more rude. 'I don't make the appointments I just give it to the Technician and they call you when they work out what parts they need and if they are waiting for parts.' I tried unsuccessfully to explain no one has talked to me about the issue, so we haven't even got to the parts bit yet, but what I was met with was her talking over the top of me, not explaining or apologising for the lack of policies and procedures. She just kept repeating and raising her voice. Excuse me, I am the customer?!! She then had the audacity to raise her voice even higher, saying I am rude for asking what their policy is for handling service calls and kept telling me how it's up to the technician, all she does is schedule the technician. Run from this company, because someone who is left on the front line to answer the phone and represent the company is incompetent and can not hear what a customer is asking but launching into her own questions is just bad business. I am sure the owner would be interested to learn. I could only have hoped he/she could listen to the recorded conversation. Training in customer skills is badly needed here. I couldn't give no stars, but 1 star is 1 star too many. Inept

After my relatively new TV died suddenly and Sony were unable to offer a solution, TSS came to my rescue. Absolutely outstanding service, they handled the entire warranty process with Sony on my behalf, had parts ordered and the TV up and running way faster than I could have hoped for and at zero cost to me. The whole team were brilliant, couldn't fault them. Thanks again legends!

0 stars if I could choose. I have been waiting over 4 months for this company to get back to me to order a new motherboard for my Sony Bravia TV. Wendy and Jenny continue to say they will be in touch as they can’t get the replacement. After constant emailing with minimal reply, I decided to contact another company and they have fixed it within 1 week. If you are looking for someone to repair your TV I would be weary of contactingTSS. I went with Brisbane TV repairs. They were also half the price than what TSS quoted. I have Unfortunately been disappointed with TSS.

I have a high end SONY 4K projector that had convergence errors which had gone beyond user adjustment. TSS correctly diagnosed a video block fault, the part alone was $4000+. However, as the projector only had 2000 hrs on it, but was out of warranty,Sony Brisbane agreed to replace the part at labour cost only, thanks to Garrys negotiations. A brilliant outcome.

We have had the pleasure to deal with TSS 3 times now over the past 26 months in regards to our 'high end' Sony TV.Over that time, their 'scheduling calls' have become progressively worse.The first time around, it took only a couple of days for someone to come out and replace our TVs power panel because it simply died one day.Second time around, it took nearly a whole week to get a tech out and replace our TVs entire motherboard.Now, we have a green line on our screen as well as what appears to be issues with the internal WiFi receiver. We have so far, waited 5 full business days and are yet to hear back from someone to schedule us in for the tech.Who knows when they will actually get around to call let alone to get someone out to us.We tried calling TSS to get the ball rolling, however we have been told that we simply 'have to wait for a scheduler to call us'.It's just unfortunate that their service has deteriorated as much as our TV in such a short period.

My Sony TV had some issues when it was under warranty and TSS are the repairers that were chosen.Wendy and the team went above and beyond to provide A1 perfect customer service!From organising the freight to keeping me informed I could not ask for anymore.I highly recommend anyone needing repairs to go with TSS. The level of professionalism is amazing.Great work guys and thank you very much again!

TSS Electronics appear to be one of only two authorised Sony repair centres in Qld. Considering it's located at Burleigh on the Gold Coast, I was reluctant to contact them as we live in Brisbane. However, reading the services available at the Brisbane authorised agent (the other one listed on the Sony website), it seemed it provided repair services more for sound recording equipment than TVs. Our problem was our (nearly) 4 year old Sony 55 inch TV (Model KD-55X8500E) had suddenly developed annoying vertical coloured lines across the screen (see photos).First, we contacted a local Brisbane south west repairer at Oxley and took it for a free quote. The outcome: LCD screen needed replacement. Not worth repairing, he said. He offered to dispose of it for us.We picked up our TV and, with nothing to lose, rang the authorised Sony agent seemingly more suited to repair TVs , TSS Electronics. A follow-up email from TSS indicated the cost of parts and labour would be $640. We declined saying it wasn't worth spending that much on a nearly 4 year old TV, that our upper limit would be $300. Next we received an email from Garry at TSS saying he'd asked Sony to provide the parts (replacement LCD screen) if we would pay the $268 labour and service call charges of their mobile technician. (We hadn't thought there was any chance Sony would do this and we didn't have an extended warranty.) Upon our agreement, Sony agreed to supply the replacement screen, the job was booked 2 days before Christmas, their very efficient mobile technician arrived at our home at the arranged time the day after their Christmas / New Year break , installed the new screen and the TV is once again performing perfectly.We couldn't have asked for more than that for efficiency, great communication and teamwork, willingness to pursue a generous, unexpected outcome with the manufacturer and all phone and email exchanges with 3 staff members and mobile repair technician very pleasant and highly professional.

Having bought a new Sony Oled TV from Harvey Norman, it developed a fault after only 3 months - A black vertical line about 30cm from the right hand side. A visit to Harvey Norman, a phone call from Sony, and a phone call from Tss Electronics and:A month later our TV is like brand new again :)I must say the feedback and service we received from Tss electronics through the whole process was an absolute pleasure in this day and age. Thank you to the whole team at Tss, and we would absolutely and definitely use your services again if required.

Absolutely brilliant. Sony wouldn't come to the party on a relatively new TV that had already had a repair but TSS stepped in and got it all sorted. Communication is brilliant also.
