BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Mandurah

So disappointed to hear Dave has left for another store as Mandurah could not offer him full time work he was a major asset to the store,which seem to always be short on staff, feel sorry for the staff ( who do their best and are lovely) always look like they are run off their feet….BCF how bout some more full time staff !!

Most of the staff are a great Help. You can even find some who don't mind spending time telling the pros and cons with some thought.

Purchased two Wanderer Spring Folding Mattress Single Stretchers PLU520767, first-class value. Could not believe how easy they were to transport, set-up in a few seconds and also comfortable. The Mandurah Staff were brilliant. Very professional, helpful and friendly. A good experience thank you.

Just been in to get a couple fishing rods. Was pretty overwhelmed by the choice. I've fished a few times but never owned a rod. Had excellent help from Lee in the store. He talked us through our options for rods/reels and combos. He helped us pick something suitable to our needs, helped with the line and spooled this on the reels. Finally he pointed us to where to get tackle and recommended the type of sinker we'd need for the type of fishing we were going to do. Lee had great knowledge and a passion for fishing and this came through in the way he helped us. Great credit to BCF; it's why we come back to BCF for our gear (stocked up last year on a tonne of camping gear for a 2 month roadtrip).

Flat out refused to do anything about my in warraty Dometic fridge that stopped working. Told me to take it to the service agent (2 hours drive away). Not even sure if thats legal?

BCF Mandurah is a well-organized, clean store with a wide variety of outdoor gear. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Competitive prices and Club BCF membership make it a must-visit for any outdoor enthusiast. Highly recommended!

I went in today and had no idea what my solar panel and battery could handle when it come to a fridge. I spoke to John and he was awesome. Stepped me through all the range and capabilities of each fridge and battery to run on my solar. Always had good customer service in this store but today was exceptional. Thank you

BCF has a massive range of stock available. The staff are fantastic and are very helpful. They will even take bulkier items to your car if you need the extra pair of hands.
