Poor communication and poor management. I do not recommend this company. There was a five month delay on the land because of this I am going to miss out on the Federal Government grant. We tried contacting Parcel Property multiple times and they blamed the contractors or they didn't reply back to my emails on most occasions. Fair enough if it was a couple of weeks, however, a five month delay to do land surveys and prepare the land for the builders is not on! You have cost me a lot of money!!

Probably the best developer in Perth to deal with. Very accommodating in every area of the process. Literally nothing to too hard for them and always happy to help out with any issues! And they have a very cool bunch of people running the show!

Unfortunately, parcel is very unreliable and untrustworthy. I bought a land from them, they have changed several times the time was supposed to issue the title and still I am not sure when they actually plan to do it.

I had secured a lot at Kinmore green estate but after a few months, my circumstances changed. I contacted them and they were very kind to assist me to terminate the contract. The entire process from securing the lot and terminating the contract was very smooth. The entire sales team was very helpful and highly professional, especially Chris.
