Lovely girls , do a great job

Gave me wrong service. Booked for eyebrow and face wax. Gave me eyebrow wax and tint. She then waxed face after I told her and left hair on face and burn mark on cheek. Waxed same spot several times with no result. Didn’t show me results after service. Paid normal fees. Does not know how to wax!

Super lovely service, loved the outcome! Stella is very sweet and the whole experience was very relaxing. 11/10 can’t wait to come back!

Will never go back. They did my eyebrow but the hairs still there. Not even proper shaping.

I’ve been getting lashes for years and the retention wasn’t lasting more than a week anymore and before I gave up I decided to try at Stella’s. I really love how she did them and the retention was so much better and her prices are very reasonable! She has another lady that works with her and I’ve tried with her too and she’s really good as well and they are good at brows as well!

Stella is amazing. She’s very accomodating and her work is of high quality. I always get so many compliments on my classic lash extensions looking really natural. Not to mention the prices are affordable, which makes you want to continue going back. Highly recommend

Very shocking experience. When arriving at appt I was made to wait 20 minutes before I was seen. After that it was fine and the next day, I woke up with an eye infection in my right eye that I needed to take eye drops for. It was painful and very itchy. I knew this was due to unsterilised tools or the under eye pads were unhygienic. I would have been fine with a refund of $110 and left this alone, but when I asked this due to an eye infection and the photo of my eye was sent, Stella told me that she would fix it if I returned. I explained to her that she can’t fix an eye infection except if I take medication for it. She ignored this and the following day I followed up for a refund that she again ignored. I reached out to Stella today and told her that I have been ignored for 2 days regarding a health concern and I will have to go to fair trading if she does not wish to refund me my money. She replied by indicating that I just want my money back after getting a service and that she only asked me to come back to confirm if she was at fault (which did not occur). She then said that her business is legit and verifiable and that she could report me for making unreasonable accusations. This is very upsetting, especially when I had all the intentions to go back for an infill because the lashes turned out great and she worked hard on them. It was just unfortunate that an infection occurred. To have her react this way has pushed me to share my experience.
