Dashing Nails

Incredibly disappointing experience. I had only heard good things, so I was excited. I had booked an appointment at 9am and it took 2.5 hours to get an SNS manicure. They ended up rushing the job and left 3 of my fingers bleeding. Don’t waste your time.

If you are happy to be treated like cattle, without one single smile or greeting, be pushed around, take 2.15 hours to do your nails and toenails, told 'you want to go - then go!' (when asking how much longer to wait between procedures?) and then on top of the horrible experience have your nails over filed and your nail bed burnt into the bargain (I told them the UV machine was overheating) - you've come to the right place. Ladies, there are many nail salons - don't be abused by these people. Don't give them your money. My nail bed is black on one nail having been burnt by their UV equipment - I'm hoping not to lose it. Zero stars for this nasty experience.

Took my client there to get her nails done which is her favourite place. Staff are friendly and welcoming! They also do such a great job my client always leaving the store so happy with the outcome Every time. Only issue is printing receipt for proof of purchase purposes. I prefer to have hard physical copy so be wise to have paper rolls for eftpos machine receipt print thanks. Other than that, great experience overall

Very rude staff, they filed my friends nails too short. Then nicked her in the manicure. No apology or care. They don't care about your nails or experience. They are angry and fed up. Horrible place.

Never go here, it was a huge mistake. They don’t even know how to do manicures. I went in to get SNS on my natural nails as I usually do to help me let them grow out. The lady would not stop filing my nail down until she reached my nail bed and I was flinching in pain. If you call them out, they will ALL give you so much attitude. I promise there are better nail salons to give your business to who will do a far better job. Only go here if you want to come out with even worse looking nails. Attached are photos of my final nails, they blamed me for having short nails when they filed everything I had off!

shellac pedicure started peeling off after 2 days. Acrylic started to lift and brake after 4 days and i’ve had to re file the ones that are left. I am new to the area and tried this local business from the reviews and have come from a salon all my nails are still going strong after 5 weeks, unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. Very expensive for such a slap dash effort.

My sister and I came down for a pedicure,the polish job was ok but service was very average.called to make a booking and despite arriving on time they were not prepared to serve us - they just took walk ins whenever .The massage chairs are all ratty and don’t workThey use pre-used buffers, pumice and nail files which is a bit gross.Air flow was really bad, they need fans or something to help push the chemical smell out.

Horrible pedicure with shellac. Pedicure was slap dash and one of my nails completely uneven.I’ve never had one so bad. The nail technician had realised she had done something wrong and continued to put layer upon layer to try and cover it up.She even asked those around her but didn’t remove it and start again. The result is my big toes having the texture of a corrugated iron roof. I was also left with the shellac all over bits of my skin that I had to scratch off when I got home.
