I recently engaged Power Customs to handle the port/customs clearance for a vehicle I brought back with me when I moved back to Australia. They have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, specifically noting that everything that could have been doing wrong was done wrong from the company that shipped the vehicle out. Paperwork filled out incorrectly, bills not paid etc etc. Laura from Power Customs helped me out throughout the entire process and fixed everything that had to be corrected. At one stage I thought they were going to give me the flick as things were getting pretty difficult with the original shippers, but they didn't which was a relief. Once the car arrived, everything was organized promptly and at the quoted price which was reasonable. I will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others.Trust me from my experience, when it comes to bringing expensive vehicles into the country, don't leave it to some numpty to do the paperwork, because the stress that could result from it is pretty high.

After getting ripped off from my previous customs broker I some how found Power Customs. Dealing with Power Customs was a great experience. They are extremely professional in dealing with their clients, they kept me up to date with everything happening with my shipment.They are also very accessible and helpful. A number of times they have replied to my emails even after hours. I went to their office a couple of times, Matt and Chris both sat down with me to discussed all the worries I had related to my shipment. They made sure that I was completely satisfied and clear on everything that was going to happen. They sent me pretty accurate quotations and my goods got cleared on time, without a single hassle. The storage company that they are linked with is also very helpful. I had to take my truck twice to unpack my container and it was all done without any hassle.when every thing was done I received a followup call from Matt( Power Customs) to find out if every thing went fine.I would definitely recommend Power Customs to my friends and family and all importers out there who want one less thing to worry about when importing their goods.

I bought an amazing outdoor table online from the USA. When it landed at Melbourne airport I discovered I needed customs clearance with Australian Border Force in order to collect it. Being just a regular person, I had no idea where to start this process...luckily I found Matt and Rose and the Power Customs team who had it cleared in a jiffy!
