Selling your home can be a very stressful thing to do but John was so helpful through the whole process. There was no “sales pitch” with being offered over inflated pricing, just straight talk. *A؜ standout realestate who are extremely dedicated and professional*As a tenant in a rental property for 3 years I can confirm that John, Belinda and Pat at Grandland real estate are all extremely dedicated property managers. From the moment we applied for the property to the time they handed over to new PM I had the best experience with them. I mostly dealt with Belinda and she always went above and beyond. Belinda is passionate about her job and this shows for the way things were run. Grandland Real Estate care deeply about the owners they are serving but also care about the tenants. They have a very approachable team who are always happy to assist. Communication is a key asset of theirs as they always communicate in a timely manner. Emails were always returned within 24 hours. Phone calls made to ensure responsiveness within hours. I never had an issue with Grandland RE. They are a very respectful and friendly team. I would absolutely rent through Grandland again in a heart beat. I would also trust in their professionalism to manage a property for me knowing they have the experience and knowledge to successfully insure quality tenants who treat their property like their own. 10/10 in all aspects. 5 star review from myself.
