I had an urgent need to replace a kit (trials of the modeller) and the only place I could find the kit was Hearns. Ordered on Friday and it arrived within the week, a week that included a Public Holiday. Thankyou, I couldn't be happier.

Excellent knowledge of products and customer service. Very good range of models. Staff are easy to talk when you need advice.A little expensive though. Still worth going there if you can't get what you need elsewhere.

Walked into the store looking for my first model. I was approached by Michael who was friendly and professional and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was just starting out and needed to get setup. He spent 45 mins with me going through everything from paint to brushes and weathering techniques. He even let me try the wash before I purchased it. Now I'm all setup and have built my first model. Excellent customer service. Recommended!!!
