James is extremely helpful, and is always happy to show me how things work. He went above and beyond when he dropped in for an unscheduled visit when we moved to our new house. The pool was full from the rain and because the system was completely different to our previous pool we didn’t know how to evacuate the water. He took care of it and showed us what to do for next time. I highly recommend James

Complete package in terms of pool service, no need to go anywhere else. Rescued my recently acquired pool over two prompt visits and even repaired the in-pool cleaner which I had been told was 'dead' all at very reasonable rates. Immediately signed him up to keep maintaining & also look after another of our pools and will be referring James to anyone without hesitation. Pools shining & we're smiling!

Both James and jarrod attended our home to ascertain the problem with our chlorination. James got back to us very quickly with quotes for a replacement. The whole process was finished in less than a week. Could not recommend James from Jim’s Pool Care Toronto highly enough

We reached out to James to replace all our halogen pool lights with LED pool lights. He came around the next week, did an initial assessment and gave us a quote. He replaced all the lights, and also replaced our transformer. The pool looks great now!He communicated well, , punctual and was professional and friendly. Would definitely be coming back to James again for our pool needs.
